Smoke dust clearing device
Technical requirements
1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted as per the requirements specified in Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T4735-1997 and Steel Horizontal Vessel JB/T4731-2005.
2Welding adopts electric weld, and welding rod model: E4315
3Weld joint type and size are according to GB/T985.1-2008, unnoted weld seam height selects smaller thickness. The flange weld is according to flange standard.
4After manufacturing equipment, leakage test should be done for the weld seam kerosene, flood and test strength after qualified.
Equipment surface should be thoroughly rust-removal, painted with two layers of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat primer H61-83 and one layer of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat finish coat H61-32.
Applicable scope
The equipment has been applied for smoke dust discharging in An Steel Group Engineering Technology LLC 8.24-5Chemical 52-1Project.
